Do you have a laser printer? Do you need a printed image on a shirt? Then you want to check out Laser Paper!

Laser Paper comes in three different varieties:

CL Light

This material is suitable for white and light-colored fabrics, cotton, some mouse pads, koozies, etc. It can be used in oil and non-oil based color laser copiers and printers. It is extremely thin and has a soft hand. Excellent for photos! Printed images are bright and durable and this has excellent wash resistance!

CL Trim Free Light

This material is a unique, single-step self weeding transfer paper for white and light-colored fabrics. Developed to leave ZERO background in the areas with no image in the design – eliminating the need for trimming the image prior to pressing! Ideal for full-color graphics and logos. Not recommended for photographs or designs with drop shadows, gradients, and skin tones. No residue background creates a soft to the touch screen printed feel. Foil can be applied on top of the image to create a unique design. Also, it works great for black only graphics on dark colored shirts.

CL Dark Premium

This material is designed to be applied to black and dark colored fabrics. Developed to run through both Oil and Non-oil color laser copiers and printers, this transfer paper offers a thin, extremely soft transfer without compromising opacity or wash fastness. CL Dark Premium withstands repeated wash and dry cycles with no deterioration of image quality!

Cut Settings

1st or 1,000th cut, doesn’t matter- always remember to test cut!

CL Light: Print in mirror image.

CL Light Trim Free: Print in mirror image. No need for trimming!

CL Dark Premium: Print right reading. Can be trimmed by hand or by a cutter with an optical eye.

Pressing Info

CL Light

Temp – 375° F

Pressure – Maximum, even.

Time – Pre-press fabric for 5-10 seconds. Remove backing material, place on fabric with the image face down. Top with Silicone Sheet and press for 25 seconds.

Peel –Wait 4-8 seconds, gently tug at side of shirt and peel off backing paper. To soften the image, gently tug all sides of the image.

Care – Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out, gentle cycle, warm or cold water, tumble dry. Do not dry clean. No bleach or aggressive detergents.

Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Satin NO Nylon, Dazzle Cloth, Shiny Polyester, and Moisture-wicking materials.

CL Trim Free Light

Temp – 330°- 340° F

Pressure – Heavy, even.

Time –Pre-press fabric for 5-10 seconds. Place paper on fabric with the image face down & press for 25-30 seconds.

Peel – HOT. Do NOT let cool. Then cover with Siliconized Release
Sheet & re-press for 30 seconds.

Care – Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out, gentle cycle, warm or cold water, tumble dry. Do not dry clean. No bleach or aggressive detergents.

Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Satin, Polyester Knits, Polyester Mesh, Poly/Foam & Cotton Caps NO Nylon, Dazzle Cloth, Shiny Polyester, and Moisture-wicking materials.

CL Dark Premium

Temp – 350° F

Pressure – Medium, even.

Time – Pre-press fabric for 5 seconds. Remove backing material, place on fabric with the image face up. Top with Silicone Sheet & press for 30 seconds.

Peel –Peel Silicone Sheet when cool

Care – Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out, gentle cycle, warm or cold water, tumble dry. Not suitable for dry cleaning. No bleach or aggressive
detergents

Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Satin NO Nylon, Dazzle Cloth, Shiny Polyester, and Moisture-Wicking materials.
