Make sublimation easier and faster than ever with Subli-Print® Thin!

Subli-Print® Thin is a matte white vinyl that can be printed on DIRECTLY, skipping sublimation paper entirely. That’s not the only place you’ll be saving time, as it sublimates at a much lower temperature than most HTV, 311° F for 15 seconds! This incredible sublimatable can be cut with a plotter and registration marks or by hand with scissors. Subli-Print® Thin is perfect for both light and dark-colored cotton, uncoated polyester, or cotton/poly blend garments.

Cut Settings

1st or 1,000th cut, doesn’t matter- always remember to test cut!

Cut in mirror image.

• Material: Heat Transfer, Flocked
• Blade : 3
• Speed: 8
• Force: 15

Cricut®

• Set Material: Iron-On
• Pressure: Default
• Blade: Fine-Point Blade (Standard)

Graphtec CE5000-60

• Offset: 0
• Speed: 8
• Force: 12

We use a 45° blade.

These settings are a starting point- always remember to test cut and adjust as needed!

Pressing Info

Transfer Mask – If needed, use SubliMask

Temp – 311°F

Pressure – Medium, even.

Time – 15 seconds

Peel – Warm

Care – Wait 24 hrs before first wash. Wash inside out with mild detergent, gentle cycle, cold water, tumble dry. No bleach or other harsh cleaners. Not suitable for dry-cleaning.
